The purposes of the Las Olas Association are to promote and
publicize East Las Olas Boulevard as a shopping area and establish
its place and status in the community of Fort Lauderdale, Florida:
to promote and encourage such civic functions and social and
cultural events as will benefit the members of the association and
the neighboring community; to encourage the maintenance of high
business standards and a spirit of cooperation among its members;
and to compile and distribute business information to its members
for their benefit.
