TRULUCK'S
Truluck’s Seafood, Steak, and Crab House was founded in April of
1992 with the opening of our first location in Houston, Texas. At
Truluck’s we’re all about fresh seafood, tender juicy steaks,
succulent crab from around the globe, and delicious wines all served
by our attentive staff. We are so committed to bringing fresh crab
to the market place that we operate a fleet of crabbing boats at our
very own fisheries on the Isle of Capri just outside Naples,
Florida. Each week our Chef updates the menu with the freshest
seafood available. Truluck’s is proud to offer a wine program that
allows our customers to be adventurous, and has been recognized by
Wine Spectator Magazine’s Award of Excellence. We serve over 100
wines by the sample, glass, and the bottle.
At Truluck’s, we believe that as responsible restaurateurs, we must
be champions in the movement of sustainable seafood. For this
reason, we purchased our own crab fisheries to ensure each crab is
caught and prepared safely and humanely. Truluck’s will ONLY serve
Florida Stone Crab during season. The off-season enables the
protected Stone Crab to replenish. This ensures its sustainability,
while maintaining the integrity of the ecosystem.
Further, Truluck’s stands committed to never serving over-fished,
endangered fish species such as the currently endangered Chilean Sea
Bass and Sole. We back up its commitment to sustainability by
adhering to all guidelines of the Ocean Conservancy. We serve 100%
antibiotic- and hormone-free Niman Ranch beef, pork and lamb. Niman
Ranch and its family farmers raise livestock traditionally and
humanely, and feed all animals only the highest-quality 100%
vegetarian feeds.
We work hard to bring customers the best tasting sustainable
products that make sense for the plate, palate, and planet.
