The Grateful Palate
817 S E 17th Street
Fort Lauderdale
Grateful Palate, a family-owned and operated wine bar and lounge,
recently unveiled an all new look, divine menu and unrivaled wine
list.
The once gourmet and deli has made a remarkable transformation at
the hands of the McIntyre family. Now an intimate lounge-like
destination, with swanky décor and complementing mood lighting,
Grateful Palate is reintroducing itself to the South Florida
community and popping its cork in celebration. Boasting a worldly
wine list with more than 300 selections that will take guests across
the globe with a single sip, and a state-of-the-art, custom cruvinet
dispense system that keeps an always growing selection of 30 plus
wines temperature controlled and at their peak of freshness,
Grateful is more than just a wine bar, it’s a vineyard expedition in
our own backyard.
Once a community staple yacht provisioning gourmet and deli, the
fresh-faced facility has expanded to now consist of two main guest
areas – a wine lounge that comfortably entertains 40 guests in a
mix-and-mingle environment, and a full service restaurant that
capably serves up to 50 guests with an exquisite lunch and dinner
menu – both of which utilize extraordinary and exotic ingredients
from around the world that are usually reserved for fine private
yacht chefs. The wine lounge enables the Grateful Palate sommelier
and dedicated wine team to cater to the local wine aficionado with
intelligent conversation and suggestions, or assist in educating the
wine-loving novice in an unpretentious and encouraging environment.
No matter what the level of wine expertise, a simple love for the
fruit of the vine is all a guest needs to have an unforgettable
time.
