Blue Jean Blues
The executive chef at Blue Jean Blues, Earl McMillan, was raised in
South Florida. He enjoyed cooking early on, and took his first “job”
at the age of 10 helping his mom run the Palm Aire Country Club. By
age 18 he left South Florida and moved to California to study at
Berkeley-University of California. Twenty years later he returned to
South Florida to peruse his true passion; cooking. Here his love of
cooking matured and he embarked on his career as a chef.
Ten years after returning he has prepared many exceptional meals and
worked at a number of restaurants throughout South Florida. In May
of 2009 he was asked to open and run the kitchen at Blue Jean Blues.
Here is where he was able to use his years of experience to create
exceptional recipes.
