United States Sommelier Association The United States Sommelier Association is a Florida non-profit dedicated to the promotion and teaching of the wine culture to wine lovers and industry professionals. Our wine education programs are recognized world wide for the highest quality of information and professionalism. Currently the school uses multi-media presentations with tastings of over 150 wines in each certificate course given. Practical service is only tested live at the advanced level and consumers as well as professionals have complimented the prestige associated with holding this certification. We offer two levels of wine course certification programs: Our Spring and Fall foundation/intermediate 2007 classes and our advanced class; this year we are offering a short course called Introduction to Wine in the summer - check the schedules for registration at our web site.
