HOME FORT LAUDERDALE is a representation of
all that is new and fresh in the sub-tropical city. We are at once a
real estate journal, a design publication and an architectural review.
Our focus is on the physical home in Fort Lauderdale in all its
permutations. Whether the reader's home is a sprawling 6 bedroom home on
the Las Olas or a sleek compact studio apartment in in one of the new
beachfront hotel / condominiums, this publication speaks to all of them.
Our readers are smart, affluent, design-conscious homeowners. Above all,
we find that HOME FORT LAUDERDALE is a city living magazine, focusing on
modern life in South Florida
A monthly full color magazine on matte-finish, heavy paper. The magazine
is
beautifully designed with thoughtful graphics, elegant typography and
beautiful photography. A typical issue contains 100 plus pages and an
advertising to editorial ratio close to 55/45. We are a magazine with many
contributors. We feature writers on architecture and design topics with
degrees from Harvard and MIT. We showcase award-winning photographers
and graphic designers. Our contributing editors have expertise in
everything from landscape architecture to travel, interior design, real
estate, and historic and architectural preservation.
We are found all over Fort Lauderdale in over 150 public locations, as
well as hand-delivered to 50 low and high rise residential buildings
that front the coastline. We are found at dozens of local guesthouses.
We are in every US Airways shuttle location from New York's LaGuardia to
Boston's Logan to Washington's Reagan National Airport. We are at
Universal News stores all over Manhattan. We are on newsstands in
Chicago. We are at locations in Boston's high-income South End and Back
Bay. We are in select Barnes & Noble and Borders bookstores. Summer
distribution includes Fire Island, NY and Provincetown, MA.
Our job is to educate and entertain, to bring thoughtful architecture
and design to the table for discussion. We try to foster a sense of
community and a real pride of place. In the end, this creates a great
pass-along rate and a platform which works extremely well for
advertisers in real estate, interiors and services.
